We’re running a contest this weekend with another indie Canadian label, Edit: Stylish & Sustainable Accessories. Edit Accessories are a combination of vintage fabrics, repurposed materials and ethically sourced new materials as necessary.

This is a thank you to everyone who already LIKES our Facebook Page to stay up to date on new products, events and promotions AND especially those who’ve shared it with their friends! We LIKE you all too and especially LIKE items that are made-by-hand in Canada like both these fab lines!
Here’s what to do:

Daub + Design is giving away a pair of tickets to one lucky winner to our lovely Facebook and Twitter fans. “LIKE” us on Facebook or Tweet about @DaubDesign and be entered! We will be announcing the winners on Monday, October 3.

Our bikini show takes place on October 6th at 5:00 pm at 142 Water Street. You’ll see see the show and afterwards can have a peek at “The Window”, a tradeshow that Eco Fashion Week has set up so you can purchase directly from the designers themselves.

THIS WEEKEND = MAKE IT VANCOUVER & DRAW FOR $50 GIFT CERTIFICATE!

So there are a few pretty rad things going on this weekend…

The biggest, of course, is Make It Vancouver at the Croatian Cultural Centre! As Jenna and Chandler Herburt, the sister/brother team say, “Make It is like a mullet; craft show in the front, party in the back!”. Daub + Design is located in booth 21, to the right of the stage. Make It is on from 4-9 on Friday night, 11-6 Saturday and 11-5 on Sunday! A full listing of the 90+ artisans is listed here with other important info. Follow @makeitshow on twitter to keep up to date with contests and giveaways!

Secondly…There will be a silent auction at Make It Vancouver this weekend from which all proceeds go towards the United Gospel Mission. Be prepared to bid on great deals and finds!

Thirdly…Daub + Design is running a contest for our Facebook Fans. “Like” our page by Sunday, April 17 and be entered to win a $50 gift certificate towards our merchandise. Winner will be announced early next week! Find our Facebook page here.
