We’re happy to be part of a fabulous new pop-up shop in Gastown this holiday season! For those asking “What’s a pop-up shop?” it’s a temporary storefront open for a specific amount of time that features at least one brand.
local-E is open from December 2-18 from 11am – 7pm daily at 235B Cambie at Cordova. The shop is featuring 15 designers, including Daub + Design, Jola V. Designs, The Stowe, Superfly Lullabies, standing armed, Cassie Dee, Meiku Designs, Little Houses, Mortar & Pestle, Mara Gottler, Bianca Barr, APFYT, Shibang Textiles, Local Grain & Dahlia Drive.
All the designers are LOCAL: they produce their own work in Vancouver and 100% of the profits go back to the designers. By shopping local-E this holiday season, you’re helping us do what we LOVE to do-make beautiful, quality items for you, your family & friends.

This is by far, the best indie craft fair that Vancouver has to offer. With over 110 artisans this year, it is a fantastic place to find a ton of your holiday presents. We’ll have new items great for stocking stuffers as well as scarves, leggings and bikinis (for the winter getaways of course!).

Eco Fashion Week Spring/Summer 2011…
Daub + Design is happy to announce a collaboration with Alison Youl as our accessories designer for Eco Fashion Week. Youl’s necklaces and earring are made primarily from recycled materials or materials destined for a landfill. She aims to use even the smallest pieces of reclaimed leather so that nothing goes to waste. Alison encourages us to look at our unwanted goods in a new light and to recycle, recreate and revive our goods rather than throw them away.

on the last Sunday of every month.
Portobello West is on this Sunday at Creekside Community Centre and Daub + Design will be there will new scarves for fall in new colours and fabrics. We’re excited to introduce a gorgeous linen knit infinity scarf and some luscious silks. All our scarves are individually hand-dyed in our Gastown studio.
