Sticking To Your Goals

When setting goals, one of the first things that probably comes across your mind is ‘How am I going to keep myself motived?”

Change is hard and you’ve probably noticed that so start small. We all want to be better people: A stronger, healthier, more creative and successful version of ourselves.

Recognize what you need to change then establish a set of goals. Remember your goals aren't for you to be perfect, but to be a better you than you are today. Be honest with yourself about what this means to you.

Break your goals into manageable parts, then set realistic deadlines. Be true to yourself and learn to accept that there will be good and bad days. Life isn’t going to be perfect, so surround yourself with people that motivate and inspire you.
