Returns & Exchanges

It is our goal to provide our customers with as much information as possible in product descriptions. If you are unsure of any details, we invite you to contact us at support@daubanddesign.com prior to purchasing as all sale items are final sale. We do our best to respond to all customer inquiries as soon as possible. We appreciate kindness and will do our best to help.

What are my shipping options?

We offer shipping via Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. Rates depend on your location,  order weight and dimensions. If your order is time-sensitive, select the appropriate shipping service.
 

All domestic shipments are tracked.
 

If you typically receive mail at a community mailbox, we recommend using a courier instead of Canada Post.
 

For small items like socks or underwear, contact us about lettermail shipping (untracked). We are not responsible for lost lettermail packages. Please contact us via email or leave a note with your order.
 

If you have a specific deadline, leave a note in your order and email us. We are a small team and ship multiple times a week but not daily. Please note that most shipping couriers or post offices are closed on weekends.
 

Shipping rates are calculated by the service and depend on your location and the total weight of your order.  If an item is time-sensitive, please choose the most appropriate service.  Free shipping only applies to ground shipping. If you need express, please let us know but it will not be free.

Does DAUB offer free shipping?

We are happy to cover the cost of shipping on orders over $300 of regular priced clothing during the sale. Free shipping covers regular, expedited shipping services from Canada Post or ground shipping via UPS, or whichever service is most economical for us. Occasionally, a courier will be less and we will select this option automatically.  

Should you select Express Shipping as your method of free shipping, know that it will be sent the most economical way, not the express option. We reserve the right to choose the method of "free shipping". 
 

"Free shipping" is not free for us and we can offer regular ground shipping.
 

Shipping charges are calculated by postal services, and are outside of our control, although you can select from various options upon checkout: Canada Post, Purolator, UPS and Fedex.

Does DAUB ship internationally?

Yes! We offer a competitive flat rate of $15 CAD for shipping to the USA via UPS.


Do I have to pay duties or tariffs on my order?
Yes, international orders may be subject to duties and tariffs, which are set by the destination country’s customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. 

 

If you are ordering from the U.S., recent trade changes mean that many shipments from Canada now incur duties, regardless of order value.

Can I return a sale item?

Sale items are final sale. We only do sales rarely and when we do, it's because we only have a few left of an item. We offer as much information as we can on the site and are available to answer questions for fit and fabrics via email at support@daubanddesign.com. We are highly available to answer any questions pre-purchase. 

 

There may be differences in fit between size runs due to fabric selection, previous runs etc. Please read all the fit notes and reach out should there be any questions prior to ordering.
