The details on refunds, exchanges + shipping:
We try to give you as much information as we can in the product descriptions. If you are unsure of any details, please feel free to email us at info@daubanddesign.com and we will do our best to answer any questions as soon as possible.

Returns can only be processed under the following conditions:

1) You received the wrong order - i.e. What you received differs from the item(s) listed in your confirmation email.
2) You prefer a different size - you may ship it via prepaid shipping.
3) You are not 100% satisfied with the product - you may ship it back via prepaid shipping.

- Undergarments are always FINAL SALE due to hygienic reasons. If you are unsure of your size, please refer to our size chart.
- Sale items or any items purchased with a discount code are also final sale. 

If you are unsatisfied with your product(s), please email us within 5 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with an address to which to ship to. All exchanges and returns must be sent back within 14 days from the date your order was shipped. All items must be in their 100% original condition with tags in place. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it worn or damaged in any way. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged properly as we are not responsible for items damaged in the mail and will not accept them. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order, less original shipping and taxes. For a return, you will receive the amount of the item refunded (final amount less original shipping and handling). 

When checking out, you have two options: Canada Post NO TRACKING and Canada Post WITH TRACKING. If you would like to have your package sent with a tracking number, please select Expedited, Express Post or Priority. Small Packet USA Air is UNTRACKED.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in the post.

If the address is incorrect or the package is returned to us for any reason, we will contact you as soon as possible. You are responsible for providing us with the correct address and paying additional shipping charges. 

We recommend choosing a secure location for your delivery address. We do not offer signature upon-delivery as a regular service. If you need this service, you MUST contact us ahead of time. We are still not responsible if the package is signed for by another individual and goes missing. 

In-Person Purchases:
If you purchased an item at one of our stockists, you must contact them to handle the exchange or refund.
If you met us at a show, you must contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase and have a receipt. We offer exchanges only, based on availability of stock. We do our best to communicate in person the fit, fabric and any concerns in case of fit for a gifted item. Items are to be shipped back to us at the shipper's expense.
