Returns & Exchanges

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase, email customerservice@daubanddesign.
If you are located in the Vancouver metro area, we can accept in-person returns or exchanges. Please contact us for further details.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear, socks, or masks. Items must be in their original, unopened packaging with all tags intact.

com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide you with a secure shipping address. -
Ship your return within 5 days of receiving the address so we can resell it in a reasonable timeframe. Our collections are often limited edition and produced in small quantities.

Send your return via Canada Post regular shipping with tracking—express or priority shipping is not required.

Forward us the tracking number once you have shipped your return.

Items sent back after 5 days are eligible for store credit.

No exchanges are accepted after 30 days from the original order date.
We do not provide prepaid return labels to keep our prices affordable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
To be eligible for a return/exchange:

Items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, and free of animal hair/scents.

Hangtags MUST be attached.

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to decline a return if the item does not meet these standards.
When shipping your return:

Ensure your item is properly packaged and neatly folded.

We are not responsible for damage during shipping.

Refunds are issued for the item price, excluding original shipping fees.

For exchanges, the item price will be credited toward your next purchase.

Any extra shipping charges or duties incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund (see below for international returns).

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.
For returns from the USA or overseas, clearly mark the package as:
"Return of Online Purchase of Goods Made in Canada."
If this is missing and duties/taxes are applied, the amount will be deducted from your refund. If duties are charged despite proper labeling, we will handle them at no cost to you.

If you purchased from a stockist, contact them directly for returns/exchanges.

For purchases at consumer shows (e.g., One of a Kind Toronto, Circle Craft, Art Market, Butterdome), you must contact us within 14 days of purchase with your receipt. Exchanges only.

The customer is responsible for shipping costs when returning in-person purchases.
Sale and warehouse sale items are final sale.
Shipping & Delivery
We offer shipping via Canada Post, Purolator, and UPS. Rates depend on your location, order weight and dimensions. If your order is time-sensitive, select the appropriate shipping service.

All domestic shipments are tracked.

If you typically receive mail at a community mailbox, we recommend using a courier instead of Canada Post.

For small items like socks or underwear, contact us about lettermail shipping (untracked). We are not responsible for lost lettermail packages. Please contact us via email or leave a note with your order.

If you have a specific deadline, leave a note in your order and email us. We are a small team and ship multiple times a week but not daily. Please note that most shipping couriers or post offices are closed on weekends.
Yes! We offer a competitive flat rate of $15 CAD for shipping to the USA via UPS.
Any duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
We offer free shipping on orders over $250 CAD of regular-priced clothing. Free shipping is sent via the most economical method and may not include express services. Please select flat rate shipping.
During sales, the free shipping threshold may increase due to reduced margins.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Please double-check your address before placing an order.
Try to contact us as soon as possible. If the package has already been dropped at a post office, we are not allowed to retrieve it.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover additional shipping fees for reshipment.
We recommend choosing a secure location for your delivery address. We are not responsible for stolen or lost shipments. We do not offer signature upon delivery as a regular service. If you require signature upon delivery, you must contact us ahead of time at customerservice@daubanddesign.com to arrange for it.
Sales & Discounts
No. Discount codes do not apply to sale or discounted items. If a discount code is applied in error, the order will not be processed.
We aim to keep our prices fair year-round rather than inflating them for discounts. If you have questions, feel free to reach out.

We rarely hold sales, and when we do, it's usually for limited-stock items. We provide as much information as possible to help you make informed decisions, and we're happy to answer any pre-purchase questions at customerservice@daubanddesign.
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged.
