When is the shipping cut off date to ensure I receive my order by December 24th?

This year, things are happening a little earlier than usual. The Canada Post shipping cut off says

December 9-16 for national orders. HOWEVER! We suggest doing your shopping as early as possible as we have seen major delays with Canada Post for the entire of 2020. We are offering a variety of mail services to ensure you have the best options for online shopping!

We suggest taking advantage of our courier options - Purolator or UPS are preferred for us for proximity to the studio. All "free shipping" is sent Canada Post Expedited, no matter which service you are allowed to choose. If you wish to has quicker service with a courier, pay for shipping.

We will be shipping daily or every couple days depending on the volume of orders. We understand that time is of the essence with these shipments and we encourage people to shop early.

 We cannot guarantee on-time delivery as it depends on the volume of parcels each carrier has and we do not personally deliver the mail.


I live in the Vancouver area, can I come pick up my package from the DAUB studio?

You may arrange to pick up from our studio, however, you must leave a note within your order and email us to arrange a time to pick up. Orders that are not picked up within 3 business days will be automatically shipped out.

 All orders will be charged shipping and refunded upon pick up. This is due to the fact that many people do not pick up their orders! We cannot hold orders as we just do not have the space


I'm purchasing a gift. Will the receiver be able to exchange it?

We are pleased to offer exchanges by means of store credit for the value of the item. We currently have an extended return policy for the holidays.

Should you need to return something purchased between  Nov 26th and Dec 24th you will have until Tuesday Jan 5th 2021 to ship it back to us.

All tracking numbers should be emailed to us with a clear subject line.


I have some special instructions for my purchase. How can I reach out to communicate this?

We recommended leaving notes about your order in the box on the "Review Your Cart" page. You may have to scroll down on your browser to find the box.


I made an error on my order. Am I able to adjust it?

We're all human - mistakes happen. We ask that you reach out with any corrections within the first hour of your purchase.


Do you have a free shipping minimum threshold?

We are happy to cover the cost of shipping on orders over $250 of regular priced clothing (excludes the DAUB mat). "Free shipping" is not free for us and therefore we need to exclude some items. Exclusions include sale & discount items as well as the DAUB mat. Free shipping and discount codes are not eligible on either.

We have to ship the mat separately from any other items so we are unable to absorb the cost of free shipping twice. The system will automatically update your order once there is $250.00 worth of DAUB (excluding DAUB Mats) in your cart. The shipping you see is for the mat!
