Shipping policy

We offer shipping via Purolator, and UPS. Rates depend on your location,  order weight and dimensions. If your order is time-sensitive, select the appropriate shipping service.

  • All domestic shipments are tracked.

  • If you typically receive mail at a community mailbox, we recommend using a courier instead of Canada Post.

  • For small items like socks or underwear, contact us about lettermail shipping (untracked). We are not responsible for lost lettermail packages. Please contact us via email or leave a note with your order.

  • If you have a specific deadline, leave a note in your order and email us. We are a small team and ship multiple times a week but not daily. Please note that most shipping couriers or post offices are closed on weekends.

 

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer must cover additional shipping fees for reshipment.

We recommend choosing a secure location for your delivery address. We are not responsible for stolen or lost shipments. We do not offer signature upon delivery as a regular service. If you require signature upon delivery, you must contact us ahead of time to arrange for it using our contact form found at the bottom of our home page under "Contact Us".
