DAUB MOVE: Our First Community Event

Thursday, July 21st at 3012 Granville will be a day of movement, inspiration and of course, shopping!

We are so excited to be joined by amazing women who will be giving free classes and sharing their thoughts about female entrepreneurship. Classes are by donation and all the proceeds will go to supporting BeaYOUtiful Foundation. BeaYOUtiful is a Canadian charity providing mentorships and workshops that empower and build confidence in young women.

Here's what to expect:

10AM: Kickstart your morning with Jessie Au of Flex Room
Feel-good with Jessie's 45-minute Morning Strength & Stretch class. Targeting major and minor muscle groups from glutes and hip flexors to shoulders and neck through a combination of strengthening and stretching exercises. With a strong focus on alignment, elongation and breath, the class will end leave you feeling balanced, strong and lengthened!

11:30AM: Join us for a candid Discussion on Balance, Perseverance & Entrepreneurship
We are thrilled to be joined by these incredible women who each built and grew their businesses. Expect to hear stories that resonates and inspires you!

1:00PM: Connect to your Core with Janet Kimmel of the Align Method
Promoting that mind and body connection, the 30-minute Hypopressives is a practice that teaches you the building blocks of breath work, alignment and movement. The Align Method is Vancouver's first private and small group boutique studio that supports and brings awareness to deep core and pelvic floor health.
