We're always on the look out for healthy recipes that help calm the body, reduce anxiety and give a feeling of fullness when finished. When we posted our article on Denby Royal last week, we weren't expecting to get so many questions about the food photo!
Here's the delicious recipe that all of you were wanting to try out. "Just like sleep, feeding ourselves shouldn't be a chore we fit in between activities" says Royal. This is a habit that us, along with you and your busy schedules, are guilty of at some point. Taking the time to chew our food, savour the bites and slow down life for a moment or two, can mean the difference between an anxiety ridden, rushed day and a calm, purposeful 24 hours.
Thanks Denby for sharing!
