Step 1: BREATHE DEEP
Close your eyes, soak in the rays (always in a sun-safe way!), and let the warmth build within you to start those positive vibes flowing.
Step 2: MOVE THAT BODY
Walk, run, swim, bike, hike, or catch a class. Get your endorphins up--and justify that extra patio umbrella drink--by exercising.
Step 3: GO H20
Keep energy levels up and your body hydrated with the best Mother Nature has to offer.
Step 4: DO SOMETHING JUST FOR YOU
This could be a repeat of Step #2, or simply enjoying a beach read, journaling, or meditating.
Step 5: GRATITUDE
Pass on the good vibes by sharing your newfound bliss: smile at a stranger, please and thank you aren't just for kids, and a little respect goes a long way.
